Sedensky says Lanza killed all 26 victims inside Sandy Hook Elementary School with a Bushmaster .223-caliber rifle before taking his own life with a Glock 10 mm handgun. He says Lanza had another loaded handgun with him inside the school as well as three, 30-round magazines for the Bushmaster.

A loaded 12-gauge shotgun was found in the glove compartment of the Honda Civic Lanza drove to the school with two magazines containing 70 rounds of Winchester 12-gauge shotgun rounds.

I guess in their defense, they didn't note the form, model or size of 12 Gauge.

Was a time in the Army that we'd sit in a snack bar and play the "editor" game with sharpies. We'd see who could note the most glaring failures in; grammar, factual correctness, content and sequence of text in the Boston Globe. Eventually, the paper would end up a soaking, stinking mass of sharpie blood and the game would wind down.

And that was before they were engaged in a never-to-win race with a 24 hour cable news cycle let alone the internet.
