Fairfax County VA CCW training

Can anyone help me find something that will meet the "training" requirement so I can get my CCW?

I found Blue Ridge Arsenal, but their class is two days, only happens once a month, etc. I do want to do their lecture about the VA laws, but right now, frankly, want to get the piece of paper I need so I can get my process started.

Contact your local Sheriff's office. They probably have a list of people offering classes. The NRA does as well IIRC.

NOVA Armament offers, or at least advertises, CCW classes in their email blasts. They only happen about once a month, but you might want to check it out.

Try Dawsons in Woodbridge... Don't know their schedules, but they might be quicker.
Another location is Gilbert's ( now called Sharpshooters - 8194 Terminal Rd, Lorton, VA 22079-1443) This is behind the NTW tire place on the7100 piece of Springfield parkway. It is just past 95 on the left by the Tank farms - turn left at second light after going over 95. {7100 the part of the parkway that hooks up to route 1}

Clark Bros in Bealton has classes every sat am from 8 to 12. It took this class for my CHP. Problem is, the class fills up months in advance.
