fantastic ruling in the pistol brace case (Mock v Garland)

The ruling by the District Court reaffirms the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals decision granting the preliminary injunction. It goes into a detailed analysis as to why braced pistols are covered by the Second Amendment, and also again points out how the ATF's final rule obviously was not based on their preliminary rule (the one with the worksheet). It says all FPC members are covered by the injunction.
