Lets pretend you've been given an insane amount of money, something like $20,000,000

I would throw the cash at legislative whor-- ahem, "politicians" to get me a VIP Lifetime Permit to Own & Carry whatever and wherever I choose...in other words recognize my individual Second Amendment Rights as was originally intended. Shouldn't be that way, but that's the kind of people we seem to repeatedly elect into power.
