Fantasy Gun Purchase. What would you buy?

The problem is, I want two guns...and the price is well over $20K.

A cased pair of Manton flintlock duelling pistols. Or any other name maker. .50 cal or less, please.

At the Baltimore Antique Gun Show this year, there were three cased pair for sale.

Twenty-five thousand per case.

Enough of this silly talk about class 3 stuff. I know what epijunkie67 is asking for.

Unfortunately that doesn't make his question any easier to answer! ONE gun is not enough. My list is long and it changes daily. Sometimes hourly!

At this brief moment in time, my choice would be...

An original, mint condition, First Generation 1873 Colt SAA! :D

A quad fifty.

It all goes back to the "no needs clause in the second amendment" and the bragging rights.

Can civilians buy and own new production tanks?

I'd like to design my own for $20 Million, please. It will involve a La-Z-Boy that also happens to be a toilet, and one very big gun, amongst other accoutrements.

If it has to be a small arm and I can't use the money on ammunition, I'll take an American 180.

If the tag includes ammunition, I'll take a GE Minigun.

Fantasy world, Ruger MP9 and a Bren 303. Real world, someone to thread the barrell of my 308 with out taking me to the cleaners and a redhawk 357 with a 7" barrell converted to 356 gnr:D

Yesterday I wanted an M2 Carbine. Today I want a Witness Gold...and an M2.

All kidding aside, I'd like to get a DPMS SASS in 308 (maybe I'll get one in real life if they come down in real life).

Well, this is tough, making the limit one and the budget $20m and insisting on "civilian legal."

Since, with that budget, the best single buy I can think of would be a LAV-25; but, those are not yet available on the MV collector's market quite yet.

So that makes it a toss-up between a V-100 and an M-2 Scout car; either of which would fit in my military collection. M-2 might get a nudge for needing an M2HB and two Cal..30 MGs.

Ok, the one arm I'd want with $20 mil would be a/the M1922 Thompson in .38super--probably take most of the cash to get it, too.

If I can spend on ammo & accessories, too then a Mk43 Mod 0, the rest of the cash would go for a truck to carry the ammo and the ammo in the truck.

Now, if it were a $20 mil "win" and I can fill the gaps, then, it would be easier. BAR, M1919, M-60, & M-249& a VN-pattern M16A1, and SA would be as fine as FA.

I dont need or wish for some exotic automatic 50 caliber sniper rifle or any weapon of mass destruction. If money was no object, I would get the perfect ( to my specifications ) hand built one of a kind Ed Brown or Wilson Combat .45 ACP 1911 that money could buy. I'm not talking same BBQ gun, I'm talking a fighting gun, I'm talking a gun made for me in every way, unlike no other. Yeah. That's what I would buy, but I would buy 7 of them. One for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday...
The Sunday gun would be the BBQ gun.

Idk, one of these would be fun.
