Favorite Kit Gun?

This is mine. Scoff at it, call it a cheap POS if ya want. It's a vintage 1981 Rossi 68 3", shoots wadcutter to POA, is 2" at 25 yards accurate, is light, is easy to shoot. I use it as a "kit gun" for outdoor carry in .38. It is very well finished, a handsome gun just to look at and shoots even better. I also have a little Rossi M511 sportsman that's an accurate little gun, a 4" stainless adjustable sight small frame .22.

BTW, my 4" heavy barrel Smith and Wesson M10 shoots well, 1.5" groups at 25 yards with wadcutter, and is easier on the hip than my .357 Blackhawk. K frames make good outdoor carries if you're comparing weight and size to a Blackhawk. Just sayiin'.
