What I dearly miss about the S&Ws compared to the Redhawk is the trigger. The S&W is so nice and smooth. The Redhawk is not bad just different and I don't prefer it if given a choice
Ever feel a slicked up Redhawk in DA? Smooooth.

I love my Redhawks, as I have gotten older I don't shoot them as much, but I still love them. I stopped hot rodding my .45 Colt, traded it, and shoot standard .45 Colt in my Model 25-5.

I'll say .45, but more for Colt and not ACP. If Ruger would make a 7 inch .45 Colt Redhawk, I'd be down to buy one, but Ruger doesn't seem interested in .45 Redhawks as they've apparently dropped the .45 Colt only with the Hogue grip.

The only other chambering I'd like to see with the Redhawk, not that it's practical at all, but just for kicks, is .327 Magnum. Just the thought of a 9 round centerfire revolver makes me giggle.

I have a .45 colt 7.5 inch stainless steel "Hunter" model .... I have not spent enough time with her yet todecide if I like it more than my .44 redhawk(s) They made the log barreled 45 colts at one time anyhow

If I ever find a 41 Mag Redhawk on a table for sale, I'll certainly make a run at it.
Unless the seller is completely crazy, I'll probably own it.

I only have one, a .41 Mag with a 7 1/2" bbl. . I have it out now messing with it. With low power target loads it is my wife's favorite handgun to shoot.
