Fire form virgin Norma 7mag brass?

So I'd like to work up some new loads for my 7mm Rem mag with hornady 139gr GMX bullets, RL22 and I've got some virgin Norma brass to work with. I've only used win super -x brass that i shot and reloaded as once fired. Do I need to fire-form this brass or should I just go for it and start working up as I normally would? It's already nicer than after I cleaned and prepped the once-fired win brass. I haven't used it yet but love it already.

Maybe I should restate that, I was just reading another thread on fireforming and so that word was in my head for this post. Here's the question: do i need to FL resize, neck size or just load and go. Sorry for the confusion, it's all on my part I'm sure (not getting enough sleep or something according to the wifey).
