Last week I took my oldest granddaughter along on a prairie dog trip. We had an OK first day then got stormed out for the rest of the week. So we went to the Cody museum in Cody wy. Now she is claiming my rem 700vss in 223 and my pd bench. She is already making plans with MY hunting friends to go back next year. A pic of her shooting and one of us trying to get the cattle out of the way.

Bummer your shooting was cut short, tho I love museums. Always wanted to go out west on a pd hunt and shoot them things all day. Some day I'll find a way to get out there for a weekend.

Got to prepare the next generation. Told my Children to get busy with making grand kids. So far it has fallen upon deaf ears. I remember teaching my daughters not so long ago.
A friend that just moved to wy set us up with a rancher he met. would have been a good trip if a massive storm hadn't come through. the road we took was washed out, couple of culverts totally gone. the big pd town we couldn't hunt the first day because they were driving cattle through to brand the new calves.
