It was interesting to see the newspersons on the two networks announcing the US Supreme Court's decision on individual right to own firearms. The two Fox ladies seemed to glow, but the CNN reporters generally squirmed and went through a number of scenarios having nothing to do with the Constitution as to why the court should have ruled differently.

CNN isn't capable of reporting ANY news without bias and opinion interlaced in their "objective reporting". Ted Turner's money machine has always told you the news, then given you your opinion on it.

It is amazing is it not?

As I was watching the coverage on CNN, the tone being expressed was voiced along the lines of,"How come it took so long?" and "Its amazing that this ban stood for 32 years" as if they've been rooting for the 2A all along.

What a bunch of hypocrites.

Of course, the female reporting from the front steps of the SCOTUS indicated that those who opposed Heller and were in favor of retaining the unconstitutional D.C. ban were "on the steps, screaming, yelling and protesting the Court's decision". Way to go, jerks! That'll cause the court to reconsider.

Gotta admit, it is rather sweet to hear the "pain" of the anti-liberals expressed so adroitly by one of their very own "cheerleaders". :D Yeah, I am gloating!

What a sweet sound, the sound of an oppressive, unConstitutional law being ground under the foot of common sense and decency.

What else would you have expected from CNN..the

C ommunist

I'm betting that most of the whole mess at CBS is crying in their coffee...

Yesterday on Fox....

there was a rep from the Brady bunch whining about Airsoft guns in particular being a danger to the US, and he made the comment about toy guns having orange tips, but some people were knocking off the tips or painting over them to make the guns look real. He then said that some real gun manufacurers were making guns with orange tips so that people would think the real guns were toys:confused: whoever the blonde talking head was flat out told him she was not worried about guns, she was worried about criminals!!!! WAY TO GO, FOX BABE!!! Cut em off and feed them to him:neener:

This reminds me of my local county trying to ban snakes over 6ft....some people were pumped and some people were freaked out.

I have 2 snakes....and they are amazing animals. I have 4 guns...and neither will do anyone harm unless they need to.

What are you thinking? You can't be serious, no honest person would want to have a snake over 6ft! ;)

I don't have snakes, but I do like them. One of the neatest I have ever seen was an 11ft python/boa (don't know enough to tell the diff) that a guy had at the local flea market a couple of years ago!

What ? :what:  6' long ? That's an assault snake!! They must be banned. Think of the children. ;):D:D:D

Actually, good for you. (I'm not into snakes but I'm okay with them as long as I don't get bitten.) Anyways, more bias from CNN. They showed a segment with man who was paralyzed as a result of "gun violence". Me thinks there is a subliminal theme... :scrutiny:

CNN seems to be happy to point out that "the right is not unlimited".

...which isn't even NEWS...

If the right were unlimited, then it would have to be 100% legal for a 6-year-old to carry a plastic baggie of weapons-grade anthrax to school.

Did anyone think for a moment that the right was "unlimited"? How silly.

I have been saying it all day!!!
CNN cant say it enough that there is room for an "assault weapon" ban.
for some reason I cant stop watching them though....
CNN and MSNBC, I just have to watch what the enemy has to say.

During Heller coverage on CNN, they showed a man who was paralyzed from a criminal’s gun shot. He said, "Guns are bad" and obviously appealed to the emotional crowd. Using that way of thinking, cars are bad too. The emotional crowd won't notice of course.

Anyway, I hate all news outlets on TV. CNN, Fox, etc., I hate them all. I just want the news, the facts without music, opinions or anything. I seriously want some boring nobody relaying the facts in a monotone voice. There has to be a market for that style of television reporting. I have zero confidence in television news reporting. It's entertainment mostly.

And yes,what about Glenn Beck?

I saw this too and they said they were going to continue to do those to cover different people's opinions on guns. Any chance we will see a young woman who was able to save her own life with a handgun? Or anything pro gun at all for that matter?

You and me both. None of these reporter-stars who get to walk down red carpets with the other actors and actresses need apply.
