Fr. Benning Rifle and Pistol Club

This NRA-affiliated, FFL club operates the 500-yd Shelton Range at Fort Benning, Columbus, GA. This club is open to civilians also, and costs a bargain $65/year, no other fees. Wife and kids under 18 shoot for free while you are with them. It's open six days a week...closed Monday, 11:00 am 'til 5:30 weekdays, Saturday 9AM - 5:30pm, Sunday 12:00-5:00.

Civilians have no trouble getting on base...just tell them at the Gate Visitors' Center you are going to the club, and they will give you a day pass. Once a member you can apply for a car sticker.
