they are nice… you got one? Finally took one of em home. Well good onya.
Of course, and I've put more than a few pics of it up. Mines an 83 Premier 6" 357, and I wouldn't consider it built like a truck.....more like a tank.they are nice… you got one?
they started with a block of steel and said… Remove only what you have to! lolOf course, and I've put more than a few pics of it up. Mines an 83 Premier 6" 357, and I wouldn't consider it built like a truck.....more like a tank.
Really happy to see you picked one of those up, champion. You will not be disappointed in the least
Dang those are pretty! Thanks for sharing. I love the short barrel octagon, well, love them all. Here are two Model 97s in 45 colt. A 4 1/4" Oct bbl and a 3 1/2" round butt.

Here's the 4.25" oct bbl M93 .45 Colt -- for some reason I can't edit out the top picture which is a 5.5" M97 22/22mag

Congratulations. Now lets see you hit the mark Mark. Get it? lol. Seriously, it's a nice one though.I think it’s ugly as sin. But dang is it smooth! yes, it’s a older cone bushing with the hole on the side. But I need to wear this bad boy. Was on consignment from a old retired military brass who check all the option box and never shot any of his guns.
show off your Freedom Arms people. Don’t forget about Guns Magazine (November) on the 97 with the white grips! FA guns are becoming popular with the millennials!

$3000 price tag.. but 60 days Layaway is a BONUSCongratulations. Now lets see you hit the mark Mark. Get it? lol. Seriously, it's a nice one though.
I handled the BFR and it’s very close to FA’s. FA is just tighter and heavierI'd love to have one, I've had many calibers over the years but I've settled on .357 Mag and 44 Mag for revolvers (except my lone S&W .500). I've got my Rugers and I've had a few BFR's and I know the next step up is a FA. Pricey for sure but at the same time, if you can resist the urge to only have one (per caliber) then they should last ten lifetimes of use.
thinking the same! then gave it engraved and do the flame screws!I always wanted a 4¼" 97 in .44 Special with ivory micarta.
The FA is going to be lighter than a BFR. The FA frame is actually a smidge smaller than a large frame Blackhawk. The BFR is larger than both.I handled the BFR and it’s very close to FA’s. FA is just tighter and heavier
Now that is UGLY!I still think Freedom Arms are in the not too pretty side. Remind me of a Tesla Cyber Truck

100 yards with that little thing!!! AmazingMy only FA is a .2LR mini-revolver I bought many decades ago.
Haven't fired it in 20+ years, but it's surprisingly accurate. I once won $20 by hitting a full-size military silhouette at 100 yds with a cylinder full.
Just aimed at the top of the head and they dropped into the torso.
