What are the cuts or angles like on the 26 and 34 called by Glock?

More importantly, what reason could Glock have for not putting them on all pistols?

Who would choose a squared front over angled?

Not sure what Glock calls them but uses "comfortable dimensions" on their website - https://us.glock.com/products/model/g27

Well, apparently Gaston Glock did. Before G26/G27/G30 etc. were sold, all the other Glock models had squared slides. Only when the subcompact models were sold, IIRC, Glock marketed saying the angled cuts on slide/frame enhanced concealment use.

Here's my G27 from muzzle end. Imagine the square front instead of "angled cut"

Yeah, I like the rounded corners, too, but in the grand scheme of things it's not that important. The gun works, rounded or square. I have 2 rounded and 3 square ones.
