Hello everyone, I just wanted to share something. I recently did some research and I found out that currently fully automatic handguns UP TO 7.65mm caliber are considered for civilian use, in my country. I don't know how I could have ignored this. you can't own a .45 ACP semi, but you can own a VZ61 with 20 round capacity and a 1000 rpm rate of fire.
This is what the law states for civilian use:
Automatic pistols up to 7.65mm caliber
Semi-automatic pistols up to 9mm caliber
rifles up to 6.5mm caliber
ALL revolver cartidges
ALL shotgun gauges.
So it's ALL about calibers. I don't know how much this will last, though. Interesting, right? You can't own a .30-06 bolt action rifle without a special permit but you can own a full auto .32 ACP.
