I saw a few other holes in the targets, possibly from other attempts? Either way, very nice shooting. I work at a local range when I'm not in school, and on slow days we set up empty cases on the target frames and shoot at those. Depending on wind and how we're feeling we'll use anything from .22 cases through various revolver cartridge cases. Usually .38 spl.
There's a benchrest group at the range I go to that shoot aspirin tablets with .22 rifles... at 100 yards. I refer to them as the pill poppers.
Thay spraypaint the aspirin with some flourescent orange, glue them onto large sheets of index paper in 5 x 5 rows, then sit down and shoot their own mini competition... for money (nickels, dimes, quarters).
