thanks again kbintheslc, have you known anyone who has chrongraph the winchester silvertips out of a glock 20? i always wanted to know if they are really going 1290fps.

Hey Glock, greetings from a fellow (metro) Detroiter. Are the Silver Tips 175 grain? If so, this page http://stevespages.com/page8f10mm.html shows them going at around 1220 fps on average, which is pretty nice if you ask me.

thanks mikepgs for the very useful information, being new to the 10mm, finding good self defense ammo is hard to find. the cor bon 165 looks like a winner.
