Georgia doesn't offer a non resident license. You can get a Florida license and carry here. Unfortunately, SC doesn't allow the same option for Georgia residents to be able to carry in their state. SC offers a non-resident license only to property owners. So as a Georgia resident there is no way possible for me to legally carry in SC.
Having grown up in SC, with most of my family there, it's a sore point for me.
Georgia does not issue non-resident permits unless you are active duty military and stationed there (which is really stupid, because active duty military do not require the permit to carry open or concealed in Georgia). You will have to get a Florida and/or Utah non-resident permit that Georgia does honor.
