A few thoughts outside the box.
Are there any floor drains or sink drains around? If so pour some water into the traps. They could be dry.
What type of lighting? Some lighting has a very mild flicker or strobing that can cause headaches. I had the light fixtures in my office changed out because of that.
Look around for mold.

Lead from cast bullets? Lead poison symptoms? Doubt it but throwing it put there with the rest.
