Getting really frustrated trying to decide on my AR build...

Well...I posted a while back about my tentative AR build ideas, and as my desires in a custom AR have evolved, it's gotten more and more frustrating.

Originally, I was going to go with the Del-Ton 16" kit, 1:9, chrome-lined, whatever. Then came the thought that I'd use this for SHTF, so I'd really kinda rather have a 1:7 or 1:8 - that way, I could plink with 55 gr. and still be able to reliably and accurately shoot 70+ gr. for defense/SHTF, as that's what the 1:7 and 1:8 are more made for. I still want chrome lined, but now I want a quad rail instead of a standard handguard.

So, I found this Sabre upper http://www.pkfirearms.com/store/get_item.aspx?id=940&action=display

and decided that's exactly what I'm looking for, and it even comes with the M4 feed ramps, but now I don't even know what to do about the Bolt Assembly and Charge Handle options, because I was looking forward to that already together and taken care of...and I don't really know what I need there.

God, this has gotten me all worked up. I also don't know if there's certain lowers I should get to "match up" with the M4 ramps or something...any thoughts?

EDIT: Just to help, here's kind of a list of what I want so far:

16" mid-length
Quad-rail handguard
flip rear and front BUIS
flat-top upper
chrome-lined bbl, 1:7 or 1:8 twist
RRA 2-stage trigger
Adjustable stock (possibly Magpul)
Magpul or Hogue pistol grip
VTAC mount w/ SureFire G2 LED
Forward grip

remain calm.

m4 feed ramps don't extend into the lower. they're just on the barrel extension and upper receiver

get the bravo company BCG

your current list is much improved over the previous version.

Would it be worth the extra 25 bucks to get the LMT from Bravo? On pkfirearms there's the option to get the RRA BCG for $105, and the LMT from Bravo is $130.

Damn, this rifle is shaping up to be an expensive little piece.
