It's Ohio. That's a "winter trigger guard".whats with the trigger guard?
Smith & Wesson's are a bit difficult to make into a true Fitz-gun because of the location of the cylinder stop spring (or plunger, spring and screw as the case may be). That's why you see the hump there the Colt version is straight.
