Howdy all,
I just picked me up two Rossi .38 specials with 3inch barrels.
Where can i find some grips to put on these things id like to put and classic wood grip on one and a better quality rubber on the other.
please help me out.

PS. I have no illusions that Rossi is better than Smiths blah blah i have plenty of Smith for legitimate defensive roles.
These guns looked fun and price provided they seemed appropriate for outing with friends and practice.

How far is Gun Grip City from Gun Barrel City? :D

The price on those Rossi was a good deal!

Well, if you find a real well put together one, I wouldn't doubt it.

I'm a fan of the stainless models that were imported by Interarms in the 90's. Solid fit and finish, excellent triggers. A killer bargain.

howdy
btg3 gun grip city is about 2hrs away and my truck is in the shop at truck town so i cant make it out today lol but really Gun Barrel City is a real place an hr south of Dallas i get that all the time, and hot dang i guess i should have posted it but i picked that rossi up for $215 bucks after taxes.
Fireside i just post that stuff for the haters i am pleased with the gun so far i haven't shot it yet but it cleaned up nice and locks up tight. id still like to at least find some wood grips for it, itd be like a mini model 10.

If you'll recall, the Rossi Interarms models even came in a blue box in the 90's.

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase any stainless Interarms Rossi. For the money they beat pretty much anything out there.

ah you guys kill me with the spelling thing i feel like i got slapped by a scotsman with a dipstick lol.
-loose cannon those pachmeyer grips might work but tippy top on my list is some wood grips and at this point il take anything.
-bhp9mm il check gunbroker
-mcgunner i cant get ajaxgrips website to come up anymore i hope there not outa business they had a nice selection one of the first places i looked.

Does anyone know if the frames match up with any rossi or smith gun so mabey grips for those might fit? thanks guys for the help

If they are Interarms models then I think any Rossi 88 style wood grip will fit.

Pretty sure the grip frames are the same on the 88, 971, and 720 models imported by Interarms.

And, the new frames are the same, too.

Yeah, I tried Ajax and it says they're no longer there. Bummer. Hope they didn't go belly up. Good stuff there. I have some Sanbar Stags on my .45 Blackhawk I got from them for 75 bucks. Last time they had any in stock, they were up to 300.

cant help ya on grips but i picked up a like new m68 interarms import 3" for 165 about a half year ago... the fit and finish quality is outstanding, rivaling good ol smiths- i just wish i could find out the metallurgy of the gun!

BUMP
