Glock 17 G3 OD

I get that the G3 is gen3, but can someone tell me what the OD stands for? It's not the finish, that's listed as being black polymer/black slide. Asking because it's selling for about $40.00 less than the standard G17 G3 and looks identical.

OD should mean Olive Drab. My guess is that something is mis labeled.

No, they've got OD Green finish listed at $40 higher than the regular G3.

When I read that I thought you meant that it was listed on the box as being OD.

After following the link you posted, I see that it is only on their listing. If it is only in their ad, I'd say it was not being proofread

Panamanian security forces rock G17s in OD. Very cool looking. Saw them a few years back.

If you use the Manufacturer Part Number listed you get.
