IMO, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the Glock trigger.
It's plenty accurate and very easy to shoot for extended periods of time.

I love the Glock trigger. I like that the way it stacks up is so predictable and I love the reset. And once I get a hundred rounds and a couple hundred dry-fires in it smooths right up, too. I never change a thing on mine (G23, 2 G22s, G35 soon).

My Glock 22's trigger is ok, nothing to write home about, the extra travel (take up) is really needed since there is only one external safety. I have done a bit of polishing and installed a 6 lb trigger spring to improve let-off. Glock does have a nice reset. Pick up a new Ruger SR9 or SR40 with the D shaped mag release and feel that trigger, those are sweet right out of the box especially for a striker fired weapon.

I used to HATE the Glock trigger. I could never group well. My favorite trigger then was on the XD models and the 1911. Then after firing and owning many different pistols, I went back to the Glock and actually fell in love with it. I love my brother's Glock 19 and am hoping to get one real soon. My carry now and which looks like a forever keeper is the G36.

Yes, the Glock trigger has a spongy feel, but it seems to work very well with my hand and fingers.

I don't hate Glock triggers, but compared to a 1911 or a DA/SA HK, it's not as smooth at the break.

I don't care for it compared to my XD, but then an XD is a true single-action trigger in a striker-fired pistol rather than a "safe action." I would say the Glock felt more gritty than spongy but that is just my opinion. My XD has some creep, but it is smoother in the creep and the break is as clean as a Glock, IMHO.

That said, I have no problems (and even prefer) with it compared to a unworked M&P or Sigma, or any of the DA/SA out there (i.e. Sig). It is still certainly good enough a production combat pistol.

Never liked em....never will.....way to light for a .40 cal
and could not hit the side of a barn with one.
Take a Sig anyday over any Glock.
I know people love them but I dont see it....plus I dont care for striker fired pistols.

DA/ SA in a striker fired pistol can be had with a Walther P99. The reset blows away the Glocks. You barely move the trigger forward and you can feel the reset click. Much shorter than Glocks. Downside is their prices.

My 1911 has a better trigger than my Glock. The 1911 fits my hand better and I shoot better groups with it. HOWEVER, my 1911 weighs three pounds when loaded! Compared to the Colt, the Glock is FUN to carry.

I was never a great fan of glocks. I do own two and carry them some. If you have ever had a chance to try a compeitive highly worked glock the trigger it is good as any 2 to 3000 dollar 1911. And box stock it is a very safe combat/defence trigger with enough pull for the first shoot to be safe with follow ups that is a short pull and does allow very good grouping and again better than most all 1911 in the same price range. Which ain't many.

I'm not a fan of Glocks either, but it has nothing to do witht he trigger. Sure the trigger is not GREAT but it does not bother me at all. In fact I think the Glock had a better trigger then my S&W M&P40 did before I installed the APEX kit in it. I have some issues with the Glock, mainly the grip angle, but I think the trigger is fine for the type of pistol it is. I'm trying to learn to love the Glock platform, they are very reliable guns.
