They've been trying various angles for some time now, to circumvent confidentiality of patien and care-giver, and to prevent legal Gun ownership, for anyone who ever mentioned 'depression', 'despondency', or 'anger', 'disappointment', 'sadness', and so on, to any medical or psychiatric-context personel...where such could have been entered into notes or record.
