I have bought a pinned and recessed model 66 with a 2.5 inch barrel...I plan on using this to be my carry gun...I have a very competent gunsmith to go though this piece and return to as close to new as possible...I just got it back today and it looks really great and the trigger is awesome...it has some Hogue rubber grips on it they are oversize with finger grooves but it does not cover the backstrap...they are comfortable and point well...but I am thinking of changing these to Eagle Secret Service in Rosewood...I would like to know of experiences that some of you have had with these grips...will they make the gun that much more concealable...will they make felt recoil any greater....I do not consider myself to be recoil sensitive.
Also do any of you have any experiences with night sights on a revolver?

What load would most of you recommend for a 2.5 inch K-frame...
I was thinkng of using .38+p's ammo for carry...is this a good compromise...between .38's and .357...my thought is +p's wold allow fast follow up shots than .357 and have a little more stopping power than .38's
or would I be better off using a light .357 load...I plan on my reload be .357
any advice or help will be great appreciated.
