Gun Accidentally Fires

That line is great.

Mind if I use it in a signature?

Go ahead...I got it from an instructor years ago, and have had it echoed by many instructors along the way.

Gets the point across!

I wish that "stupid" could be a determining factor in the CCW licensing process....

*Not that I can determine if this guy was a CCW holder. Idiots like this don't help us "gun nuts".

A gun belonging to a customer inside a Chili's restaurant in Melbourne accidentally discharged, hitting a nearby person eating dinner, according to police

I hate when the media tries to paint the picture of a gun being at "fault".

The "gun" didn't accidentally discharge. Some idiot negligently discharged the gun.

Anyone outside of the gun community must think these things just "go off by themselves" all the time thanks to the media.
Must have been fondling/showing a buddy to have shot at anything but the chair or floor beneath him.

Nothing accidental about this ( reporters!).

Moron decided to play with his gun, his booger-picker hit the bang switch, and his friend got hurt.

Thanks for clearing up the stuff about carrying in a restaurant. I'm dyslexic so I have to read things several times. So far I've only read 790 once. I'll read it a few more times and then I'll pretty much have it down pat.

As far as the press goes, I haven't read the whole story yet. If it's Gannet reporting (Florida Today) you can bet your patute it's biased. They've never met a radical liberal idea or a developer they didn't like. I stopped taking that paper years ago. Once I got rid of my parrot I didn't need that rag cluttering up the house any more.

Yeah, it was Florida Today. Don't expect them to print a retraction and about the gun doing the shooting. Unless it's an election year half of their editorials are anti-gun crap.
