Went to the Gun Show this last weekend, just looking of course:rolleyes:. Some good deals on ammo (main purpose for going) then the wife pointed out a Ruger SP101 .327. Found myself going back to look at it again but held out because I don't need a .327;). We left, got a little down the road when I remembered I was going to pick up a knife I liked (really). Had to go past the dealer that had the .327 and picked it up again, went out to the truck and told my wife they would do $495 out the door not a great deal but not bad either. Almost drove away but she said thats not a bad deal and its a nice gun so we went back in and it came home with me and now I have a .327, I should have driven away now I need a holster and of course more ammo.
:scrutiny: Does this mean my wife is an ENABLER?:what:

I grilled steaks this evening, ooh sooo goood. I have (She has) a Taures 32 H&R mag I got before a deployment years ago and a LLAMA .32 auto I inherited.

It could be your wife is an enabler...but in this case I think it's a good thing! Enjoy.

The only problem is I'm trying to save up to get a good 1911 .45 and an AR10 .308. If I don't save I'll never get there.

It is a matter of priorities. Start an envelope fund. It does not have to be used for guns if another emergency comes up, but at least it is a way to tuck some cash aside.

what are you going to use the 327 for? if you handgun hunt varmints or want a home defense gun i guess it would be ok.myself i dont see me useing it for deer or home defense, allthough it could be used for either if your a good shot.

Saw one of those .327 SP101s at the Oaks show this last weekend as well. Seemed pretty sweet from what I could feel. I wouldn't be worried about the wife enabling you though, you could always have said no :neener:
