So, I'm shopping around for a CZ bobwhite in 20GA. I've looked at the CZ online and seen the MSRP at about $770. I went to a gun shop today to price it with them and they quoted a price of $779.
I've bought a few hand guns from this shop in the past and I found their prices to be pretty good for those, so I was kinda surprised I was quoted basically the MSRP price. I'm used to paying quite a bit less than MSRP when buying a hand gun.
Do long gun prices tend to be closer to the MSRP than hand guns?? If so why?
