I'm looking to stock up on buck for my new 12ga and this seams to the the best price I could fine. $2.19 for 5 federal 00 buck.

Does anyone anyone have any experience with this ammo?

Is it any good, or should I got with something a little better?

They also have 27 pellet #4 buckshot. $4.29 for 10 rounds.

The Cheaper Than Dirt description is wrong as you can see in the picture. It's not Fed Power-Shok as listed in the description, it's Fed Classic Buckshot they're selling.

Fed Classic is a line of buckshot that Federal discontinued a couple of years ago and retailers are trying to get it out of their storerooms. Green Top Sporting Goods near Richmond sells it for $1.99 a box. The last time I asked they said they still had just over 1000 boxes of it on hand.

Nothing wrong with it. 9 balls of 00buck will stop most zombies and bad guys. I've got several hundred rounds of it.

I'm just a bit leery of a something that is cheaper than wolf.
