I had no idea these existed a couple weeks ago. Heard of them and then started watching some video and could not say no. Bought one in .30 caliber. The down side, they are pricey.
The upside the damn thing is fun as all hell. Uses 16 round mags. Set up at my home for 25 yards first and found shooting semi the rifle is capable of far better than I am. Eye's are getting old so slapped on a cheap 1-4 scope and could make groups the size of a silver dollar off hand. Shooing bursts of 3 or 4 rounds and then full mag dumps still was keeping all in a 4 inch target. They come with a barrel designed to modify the noise a little and it works. It was quiet enough that none of my neighbors know what I am doing. I live on 60 acres and had been looking for some way to control the wild K9's. Using any of my firearms would have certainly not amused those who live around me. I thought of using some of the CCI quiet stuff in one of the .22's but was afraid I would end up wounding one of them which I do not want. Now this gun I could humanly kill one no problem. At least that will be my justification for spending so much on it:rofl:
Damn things are pricey but they are a TON of damn fun.

That rabbit hole is deep. Ask me how I know...

Modern pellet guns are not the same as the ones we had when I was a kid! They've come a long way.

That's your story, so stick to it!

You live on 60ac and are worried about your neighbors? I live on 13 and you hear gunfire almost every night of the week, and without question every weekend. People have asked permission to track deer through my property. Sorry that sounds silly. I shoot centerfire rifle on my small plot regular. I guess you could have 60ac "in town" and have to deal with "town" laws, but I struggle to think of any town that would have that would have something against shooting rifles, and if they did it likely covers air rifles as well.

All that said, I also own one. Hatzan Blitz, I bought one when it first came out years ago. Mine is a 30. IMHO what makes them so expensive is the select fire. The rest of it is just that. If there is another hatzan model that has the "full auto" feature I am not aware of it.

I bought mine after this video set the hook.

Like all things along these lines, it is fun for a while. You don't shoot it every day, but you do shoot it every time someone comes over to shoot. Mine generally sits.

The rub is my 60 sits right in the middle of a LOT of housing and roads. When this place was built it was the middle of nowhere. Now its the center of town. So using common sense I could safely shoot here. Its even legal as long as I made sure my stuff is not leaving the property. That does NOT mean the neighbors would not be calling 911 if they started to hear gunfire. The wild dogs come through day and night to look for meals which I am fine with but I have chickens and our dogs are only in the 5# range. So they would eat both if they could. The few times one of the wild ones got too close to the house I used both a paintball marker with those hard plastic balls and one time my Sig PCP in .22 on them. They of course run off but come back. Wife and I were sitting outside a few nights ago and while still light I saw one of them going through about 150 yards off. I watched him thinking son you get close to the house again and I will put you down.
This thing is quiet enough that I doubt neighbors think gun fire even when some of them can hear it. They make suppressors for these that you don't have to jump through the NFA hoops for but looks like I will not need one as I never hear any 911 calls when I am shooting so far.
I don't shoot it daily but its still a ton of damn fun. Bought a trap made for .22's to shoot into. Saves the lead so I figure selling the scrap will help pay for the ammo.
When I stumbled onto the first video of these I was surprised to find out they had been on the market for a good while before I found out about them. I had just never heard that they were out there. Wife finally saw me shooting it one day and was actually impressed. Impressed enough that she did not bat an eye when I told her how much I had paid for it. I kind of thought I would get and eye roll or sigh at least.

Thanks. I picked one up shortly after my last post. Nice.
They make a 32 round mag for these too. I kept seeing video but could not find one. Several weeks ago got an E-Mail from Airgun Depot saying they had some. So I ordered then they said sorry they are back order. After a few weeks I gave up and canceled. Yesterday I stumbled onto them on Amazon, and Prime next day. Don't know how long they had been available there and I had not seen them. Price was even cheaper. So one will be here today. Should be really damn fun.

Got the 32 round mag today. Only had time to play with it quick as I had to go to work but it is great fun. Here is first mag dump from it at about 25 yrds.
