Have a Winchester model 70 question

i recently bought a winchester model 70 classic stainless synthetic stock 7mm mag. I took the action out to clean, what is the torque for the action screws? I am told this makes a difference but never worried about before. It is just the plain factory stock no pillars or bedding block, just synthetic.

i don't know. i just put the three screws in, put a little rearward pressure on the barrel and tighten the screws. the front screw behind the recoil lug first. tight but not gorilla tight. the back tang screw second almost as tight as the first. the middle screw a little less tighter than the second one. the key is to have rearward pressure on the recoil lug against the stock. fwiw
