Help me ID this rifle?

My buddy sent this picture to me, he is following what's going on with the war on Ukraine and occasionally chats with Mustangwanted, the fellow in the picture. I followed his YT channel where he would climb insane heights, hanging from towers by his fingertips, etc... wild man, now he's fighting the war in Ukraine and my buddy got this snapshot. I think it looks like an ACR style rifle but isn't configured like any ACR I've ever seen, I would find it surprising that Mustang would be using a knockoff in the war, up until recently he was sending snaps of his kitted out M16A4.

Anyways, is this an ACR or a knockoff?

Cool, thanks fellers. I looked up a bunch of different guns trying to find the fit and the Bren2 didn't come up but it looks like you guys are right
