Ok legal eagles, I have a situation on my hands and I need advice.
I recently concluded an internet auction where a fella has successfully bid on some normal capacity magazines which I was selling. These mags are known as high-cap magazines in non-free states. I clearly stated in the auction that I would not ship to states where these mags are illegal. I know that some of the mags were manufactured after 1994. Here's the rub, the winning bidder lives in Massachusetts and wants me to ship the mags to a family member in Maine.
This sounds fishy to me and while I sympathize with his plight I am not willing to risk legal trouble over a few bucks.
Is it legal to ship these mags to his family member?
