I was just talking about Hi Point's warranty yesterday and while the guns may be ugly and heavy and have poor triggers, unlike the pot metal/Zamak guns of the past like Davis, Lorcin, Jennings, etc. Hi Point makes you a gun that's cheap, will last a relatively long time in a serious caliber, and even if it breaks Hi Point will fix or replace it indefinitely over and over again and send you a free magazine each time they send it back.
That's top tier customer service and not one that I see praised enough on forums. I don't care what the price or material quality is of the gun, any company's CS can give you the run around or hit you up for the shipping or some of the repair costs, but Hi Point doesn't.
