If you do end up ordering the LNL I'd suggest checking out one/more of the ergo handles. I found the factory handle quite awkward and the ergo handle mucho better! I purchased the ergo handle from Inline and I also have their LED light strip. Both work great!

Due to how the press mounts I would also recommend a very thick/stiff bench top for this press.

Also, pay a LOT of attention to initial setup and shell plate 'timing'. The second LNL I purchased needed a slight adjustment to the auto-index timing. No big deal, but it took a while to figure out.

I also got a LNL AP last year, mainly for 9mm, and .223. Works great for those and everything else I load. Look for sale pricing, and free shipping, if you can find it. That and their 500 free bullet promo makes them very affordable. I added a case feeder right away, and while it does take some inital setup, I never load without it anymore. Also added a budget bullet feeder mod, and we are pretty much automatic after that. Buy one, and enjoy loading and shooting even more!

That's not true. Your natural angle of your hands is not Horz it's more vertical close to 30deg. This is why the ball is actually better. I have tennis elbow to go along with arthritis in my hands, along with a bad back. It's best not to grip the ball and let it float in the palm of your hand. This way your arm/elbow/wrist stay in alignment making it easier on your body. I reload setting down. My chair height is set so when I set primers my arm is straight with the elbow locked. At his height my arm is fully extended when I do the sizing too. To each his own but you need to decide for your self. Anybody who works with repetitive motion injuries know that keeping the natural alignment of the body produces the best results.

Getting the LNL-AP 4 yrs ago was the best thing I did to help out on my tennis elbow and back. Beside that I normally shoot 100-200 of 9mm every 2weeks. With a single stage press, it took several hours to load this amount and was gone in very little time. I have now worked up to many 1000's rounds so I do not have to reload every week to keep shooting. I only reload at the most 2-3 hrs with plenty of breaks to stretch the old bones. But that is enough time to load 1200+ rounds at a sitting. I just spread it out over several days till I'm done.

I agree. I have severe arthritis in my wrists and the ball never bothered me. I am using Dillon 1050s now, with bicycle handlebar grip, and if I held onto it, it would irritate my wrist very quickly. It also floats in my hand.
On my Forster Co-Ax, with a "rod" handle, it also floats in my hand and on the down-stroke, my hand sort of moves around and I am pushing down on the steel section. Again, it "floats" in my hand without my thinking about it.
