How difficult is it to get a Cali handgun permit?

Come across the Freedom line to AZ, where we have no registration, no license, no waiting period, no permit, other than our Shall Issue CCW,(which is not weapon specific.), good in many states, no restrictions on type/mag capacity/what you want to carry or how many you want to carry, open carry legal almost anywhere, Homeland Defense Rifles welcome......Quick, before we build the Wall....

There are some SURPRISING areas of Bakersfield that have not been annexed into the city, some of them are in the 93309 zip code area as well. My friend who is a dealer lives in the county and is in the 93309 zip code, hasn't been annexed yet. He doesn't want to be either because he figures he will lose his FFL since he doesn't have a store front, county has no problem with him having an FFL out of his home.


The southwest area just west of 99 and east of stine(not new stine) with some of the area north of ming and south of stockdale, a fair chunk of county in there. Some other bits hidden around through out bakersfield as well. It doesn't neccesarily have to be Rosedale or Oildale to get into the County.

Don't be too smug. We all live under restrictive firearms laws. It's just more obvious for some of us.

CCW is a non issue, because I am underage. I get all my gun action through my parents. However, that is interesting about the zip codes. I happen to live in 93309. So, technically speaking, I am outside of the jurisdiction of the city of Bakersfield?

You could probably mention your address(not that you should) and I'd know exactly who you are. I work for UPS and am VERY familiar with the 93309 zip codes having worked in the center that does the deliveries to the southwest. If you've ever ordered anything from Cabelas or the other top mail order gun rags, I've probably had my grubby hands on it at some point over the past 3 years

I used to live in the area of 93309 that resides in the County limits that's why I'm familiar with the strange little sections of that area of town. Now I live out by Cal. State but still in the 93309s.
