How do you store loose primers?

I store them in old primer packaging, but obviously you can't do that. If I pull bullets, I either fire the primers in situ or put oil in the case and either toss the case or deprime if I'm keeping the case.

My meaning is this:
When I tear down ammo (usually pistol caliber that I want to modify the charge) I have a ready supply of prepped brass equal to or greater than the amount of rounds I'm pulling. That way I can carefully load the decapped primers into a Lee tray, and quickly "store" them in brass. In hindsight, I can see this being problematic if you have a limited amount of rifle brass. Just my $.02, no harm intended.

There are three ways that I know of to safely store loose primers. Personally I load them in APS strips with RCBS's strip loader since my hand and bench primer are also APS.

The second safe way is to load the loose primers for future use in prepped brass. (already mentioned)

The third way just mentioned is to save your empty primer packaging and refill them. (and of course label the packages clearly with what's inside).
