My daughter started shooting with me at 10 and bugs me every day about going to the range. My son at 12 took up a liking for my 243 then my 308. He made Grandpa buy me a gun that I could had down to him when I get too old to shoot (winchester 30-30). My wife even has been on the kick as well asking for a 38 special (so I bought her one for her birthday). It is a family day at the range when we go...

My 15 year old step daughter went one time when she was 13-14. She said she enjoyed it, but hasn't asked to go again, so I'm guessing not.
My 3 year old daughter says that she likes daddy's guns and wants to shoot them when she gets older. She did add "but dad, I'm a girl". Somehow at 3 she's already got the impression that guns are for boys. It certainly didn't come from me as I would love for her to have an interest.
