How to check thompson center rebate status?

Anyone knows how to check T/C rebate status? I submitted online in September, there is no email notification, no rebate submission reference #, and I cannot find how to check status at the website. It is S&W, I can call their customer service, just want to ask if anyone knows.
 
I contacted Thompson Center Customer Service and was directed to Milano rebate processing services at 866-963-7933 or

The trick is only put in your last name and zip code, nothing else otherwise it will not find your rebate! Was told currently the rebate is on a 10-12 week turnaround time. Hope this helps others. I can't be the only one buy S&W or T/C!

I submitted mine on Sept 8. Shows it was received and validated but no other info. Hope I get my money.
 
Yep, the number HankC posted is the same one found on the coupon (I took a picture of my rebate form and receipt before mailing).

Got my rebate 2 days ago.

submitted: 8/27/2017
validated: 9/14/2017
check issue: 12/14/2017
check received: 12/22/2017
 
I mailed my rebate along with the proper info in late September. Emailed them a few days ago and received a link where you can punch in your info to figure out how your rebate is doing (track it). Response back was in the lines of "your rebate does not exist". $75 off of a contender frame that I won't receive apparently. Even though I filled out the proper channels. Mailed them my receipt and serial number, literally everything required and was told my info doesn't count.

I followed trick provided by HankC and can track my rebate status. If I put in any info more than my last name and zip code, it would tell me that there is no record of my claim.

Same here, no record of my claim. But Yep, thank you. That trick works! I got a reply saying the rebate shipped out on the 18th.
 
Checked on mine.Sent in two same envelope only shows one received.Called the # above instructed to press1 to leave message for help.Mailbox is full
 
I'am not in a hurry just wondering why it only shows one.Has to be postmarked 1/31/18 so if there is a mix-up I don't have a lot of time to resubmit.
 
I sent mine in November 20-something, 2017 and got my rebate yesterday. Might have even been Saturday as I don’t normally check daily unless expecting packages. 7ish weeks.
