HR 1474 Undetectable Firearms Act

Given the length of time that passed from the announcement of the 3D gun to the announcement of the bill to ban it, along with the fact that Rangel in in on it, this bill faces an uphill battle. And given the fact that the US House of Representatives is not in the mood to produce a gun ban bill, this probably dies in some committee.
Rangel and Co have already forgotten that Heller says "common use". If polymer guns and parts are not considered in common use, I don't know what the definition if common use is.

I asked my congressman's aide to please make note of my observation that an EMPTY "plastic" gun & magazine isn't a big worry, and a loaded one looks like 30 bullets and a steel pipe.
