I can be so stupid.

At first I though I was the most stupidest...thanks to you, you now hold the title you dumb blond, it's not even a .357. BTW it is a beautiful piece.

You have admitted it was a stupid move. Now the question is, will you learn or continue to repeat your mistakes? At least next time, make sure it says MAGNUM on the side before you buy... ;)

Very nice pencil-barrel Model 10. Should inspire plenty of non-tacticool envy. :D

You just watch yourself buddy...behavior like that will not be tolerated...I've got my eye on you!! :what:

Uh...does she have a sister?

Yeah it sucks. It doesn't even have the famous S&W Internal Lock feature? And no MIM parts. You got ripped off.

My dad gave me his -8 before he died and I just kept it for sentimental reasons cause' lord knows it has no other value...

Nice example there bud!

Nice piece. I may well have gotten suckered when I bought my Model 10. It was so nice and I used the Blue Book price info as my guide... it was a bit high at the time based on after-the-fact information. Time heals these wounds.

Wow I can't believe how dumb you are. Just send it to me and I'll make sure you get some railed tupperware. In all seriousness though I have a victory model in great condition and I absolutely love it. I never feel under gunned carrying that instead of my XD.

You mean something like this old thing?

Ah, yes, that's more like it!

Of course, now you force me to come clean. This one isn't even a centerfire. I should have waited for a REAL gun to come along. :p

You are such a reactionary. When will you ever learn? Nicely finished blued and nickel plated revolvers with walnut stocks are so not in style anymore. Next thing you know, you'll be saying things like: "6 shots are all I really need" and "the .38 is really Special".

Maybe after 10 to 12 years of intensive psycho-therapy, you might be cured of this obsolescent obsession; but in all honesty, I doubt it.

Someday, perhaps, I will find myself so fortunate as to be as stupid as you, perhaps even more so.

Now you need to start hunting some oversize grips like thge one in Cajuns picture.
My stock model 10 were no fun at all even with standard 38spl ammo.
I put on the bigger grips and now its comfy even at 357 magnum power.

CajunBass:
You are evil for posting those pics. I'm trying to refocus my gun safe from an art collection to a working tool box. Then you have to post art. You are a bad man! :p

Thanks Radagast! It wears a pair of Ahrend's smooth combats in cocobolo now, makes it much more comfortable to hold. And I might go shoot it this afternoon now!

I must have problems of my own.

I bought a model 64, a 19-4 and a 36 in one trip to the gun shop to buy ammo. My snubbie is not even made of plastic or scandium.

I can't understand why ya'll post pictures of those ol' antique things. They are SO heavy 'cause they are made out of steel and wood and that can get scratched and beat up and they don't shoot eleventy seven times without reloading and there are probably some drawbacks that I haven't thought of. :D I would be glad to provide them a good home where people won't laugh at them. PM me and I'll give you shipping info. ;)

I'm having a hard time understanding why guns that aren't polymer, railed, "tacticool", alloyed, etc. etc. cost so much; seems like these could be picked up at every pawn shop out there for almost nothing... :D

Come to think of it, the first one I bought cost $150- a nice nickel finish 4" barrel example in pristine condition- but that was more than a few months ago:evil:

*points and laughs* HA HA sucked in dude. Some one saw you coming. If you like that I`ve got a Bridge in San Fransisco going cheap. HAHAHAHAHA

Would that thing even fire!? Looks like it was stolen from a museum of antiquities. How would you even attach accessoies to it? Duct tape?

(of course I`m very Quietly Insanely Jealous)

Aw comeon Cajun,

I've done that stunt so many times I have a safe halfway full of stupid S&W revolvers (and a nice number of Ruger Security/Speed Six's to.)

I mean we are really dumb, and I say that being a Glock man. I'm a fool for older K and J frame Smiths, the M19/M66 2 1/2 inch barrel is my favorite.

About nine months ago I picked up a five screw M&P at a pawn shop for $299. Virtually all the blueing still on it. Tight to. Rounded front sight and the gun dated to 1953.

Yea we are morons.
