Ever since my first revolver, I have enjoyed them. But it has occurred to me that all I really want these days are revolvers (still wouldn't mind a high end 9mm semi-auto, but that's for another day). When I go to gun shops, I look for revolvers first. All of my reloading is for revolvers. They just have an appeal that I don't get from a semi-auto. Working the hammer, working the cylinder, the relative simplicity of the design, the history, the cool look that they have, the accuracy, the great single action trigger. It's all winning me over. My first revolver was a 357 used blackhawk , then a Uberti SAA clone in 45 Colt, Then the Anaconda. And just yesterday the GP 100 in 357. I'll still shoot my semi-autos of course, and I will probably buy others, but for now, give me a revolver!
