Yes.
Basically every person who has carried in their car in a state that allows that without a license, or who has carried out of state without having a non resident permit for the state they are in, has probably committed a federal felony.
But then again most people have probably committed multiple felonies in their lives, and have no idea.
I worked with security on a college campus here in GA and personally witnessed felonies every, single, shift. I noticed them in almost every classroom when I was attending as a student too. And I'd be surprised if even one of them knew they were committing a felony.
It's way, way too easy to do.
