If someone were to buy you a handgun?

My actual gift guns have been a Baby Eagle 9mm and a customized Super Blackhawk from my son, and a Bisley .44 Magnum and a 50th Anniversary Ruger Standard form my wife.

My son is very understanding of the compulsive trader syndrome, and actually I traded both of those back to him! He no longer has either.

The guns I received from my wife will be staying with me.

any gun given to me would be COOL:D

now,if i had a choice(in no particular order)

1.wilson combat(any)
2.les baer(any)
3.clark custom(any)
4.colt python(because it's not my money)

An HK P7M13. I have wanted one since the mid 80s, but some other weapon always seems more obtainable and draining the funds for that purchase. Maybe if the mag ban dies. . . .:D

It's only a straw purchase if you're buying it for someone who can't legally buy it for themselves because of past, shall we say, difficulties. Otherwise, it's called a "gift," or a "present."

I would like a Kimber Pro Carry. Just the basic flat black model. Nothing fancy. I am also in need of a Glock 30, but beyond those two, I pretty much have all the guns I like (that is legal).

An original issue Walker Colt. About as much chance as Delmar has of someone buying me one, figured I might want to aim high

A three inch S&W revo, in .357, .44 Spec., or .44 Mag. Preferably without the trigger lock, but who's gonna get picky if someone else is paying the freight.;)

What I really, really want (at the moment), is (in no order) :

A M27, blue, 4 inch

A M696 three inch

A M29, blue, 3-4 inch

If someone else bought it (how's this for compromise, rationalization, and prevarication), I'd also take one of those short barreled .500 S&W Magnums.:scrutiny:

I'd have to be dreaming...especially being by my lonesome. I did recieve a rifle in the '70's --gift from gunsmith.

Ok, I've always wanted a Singer made Gov't model 1911. I'd settle for a old pre '70's GM. Heck since this is a 'dream anyway' I'd take a 1911 made by my gunsmith, Mil-Spec, as close to the aforementioned with a crisp 4# trigger. I do like his Pro Carry, used it for a few days...in a new pc I'd opt for that.

Easy; a Freedom Arms Model 97 in .45 Colt with the extra .45 ACP cylinder. Or, the same gun in either .22 or .44 Special.

Being CA, I'm slightly limited. But I'd love a HK w/ a threaded barrel...SOCOM or Tactical. Outside of that another P7M8 would be nice too

oh oh this one is easy for me oneof each of the coonan series handguns .. the "A" model , another" B "model , a "Cadet" , the 41 mag .. but they all have to be coonans not the takeover guns .. :scrutiny:

A nice P7M8 or one of the original EAA Gold Teams in 38 Super.

But for free, I'd settle for a Kahr P9 Covert or even one of the new KelTec 380s. :p
