Hot damn, that's beautiful! Hoosiers are lucky to have a legislature and a governor who care about their rights, right now. Our legislature in neighboring OH passed constitutional carry as well, but without a veto-proof majority. Hopefully, the signs will be correct about DeWine signing it.

It is finally a win and I will do my best to reward those who worked so hard for it.

Good 'ol Holcrumb sent his oath breaking lackey the head of the state police to get it squashed and that other oath breaker on the committee did their bidding but the legislature did an end run around them and presented it to Holcrumb to sign. He may have bled while signing it and he had to sign it because he has aspirations for a Federal office. He then rage vetoed the 'boys in boys sports, girls in girls sports' bill. He's nothing more than a totalitarian wannabe Democrat in rino's clothing.

If you travel out of state you still need the license to get other states reciprocity.

The License To Carry Handgun (LTCH) system is still in place in Indiana. The constitutional carry bill just allows those who meet the criteria for an LTCH to carry without going thru the licensing process. Some local law enforcement agencies were taking up to six months to complete the license applications with ridiculous wait times for an appointment. There were also delays with the contracting company used for fingerprinting.

Some states require the LTCH, or it's equivalent, for reciprocity.

When will Florida, The GunShine State, the state that started the trend to shall issue CCW in 1986 advance to Constitutional carry?
Governor Ron DeSantis WHERE ARE YOU ??

2 problems-

1) A legislature full of complacent, antigun RINOs
2) The CCW program is under the auspices of the Dept of Agriculture, headed by the rabidly antigun Nikki Fried.

All the doom and gloom with blood running in the streets as opined by several papers never were realized here in Maine when we repealed things back to Constitutional Carry either. You can still get a license if you want and the numbers of those issued have remained fairly constant despite not needing one. That shot down the lost revenue argument they were also using.
