I like Innova flashlights. I have an X5 that is just about the best general purpose flashlight I have ever used for the money.
I just picked up the Innova X03, which is a 3 watt luxon LED flashlight with a claimed output of 82-85 lumens. Based on the beam I would put it at around 65-75 lumens but at any rate it is as bright or brighter than your standard 65 lumen Surefire/Streamlight tactical light. It is supposed to function at full capacity on two lithium 123 batteries for up to 2 hours. It is about the size of 2 AA battery maglite. A little bigger head on it.
I am immensely impressed with this flashlight. I paid $55 and got an extra set of batteries thrown in with it. It is the perfect companian to my little X5 which seems to run forever.
Innova makes a hell of a flashlight that is extremely durable and now has a light that makes a dandy tactical light that competes extremely well with the standard 65 lumen competition.
The X03 is a lot of light for the dollar.
