Thats no joke. I've been trying to find a good way of attaching a 500 or 870 to the bottom of an AR. It would be kinda like the M203 but a little less cool. Still my mall ninja instincts tell me its a good idea even if its just for a picture.

Just need a solidly attached picatinny rail on the shotgun, and that mount for the AR.

Knight's Armament also makes a 10" 870 with an M203 style mount on it, to put the gun higher up.
