Just now got the ivory grips in for my Ruger Police Security Six 357. They are
a old pair from Jay Scott. Just starting to turn a little yellow. They are quite a
bit thicker than the original wood grips. Fit my hand pretty good. Got them off
E-bay for 16.00 I really like them.

Very nice grips.....oh the revolver is pretty nice too. Excellent combo at a great price!

:VERY! nice, I am :D greeen with envy. some stainless Tyler T's with those grips and I would be drooling.
I have some Jay Scott's on my stainless Blackhawk and love my "pimpin" hunting 357.

Sir, that is a nice looking combo you've got there, and a great carry set up. As someone else mentioned a T-grip would really set everything off.

Security Sixes have adjustable sights.

The "Speed Six" has fixed sights, round butt with the 2 3/4" barrel and the rare 4"

The "Service Six" has fixed sights, square butt and either a 4" or 2 3/4" barrel.

Good looking gun, regardless.

It looks like you have done some extra polishing as well. Polished SS makes chrome plating obsolete in my opinion.

Yes, I got my Dermel tool with a felt wheel and a tube of Simichrome and
about a hour. Pictures don't really show just how shinny it is.
