Just Sharing: 10mm Auto, a Cornucopia of Mayhem, What cased combos do you have?

Just thought I’d share. Two years ago I developed a real passion for the 10mm Auto cartridge.

I started out with the pistol on the far right. It’s a DA/SA two tone Sig P220.

Then I wanted to see what you could get out of a rifle so I picked up the Kriss Carbine.

Then I realized I wanted something less tacticool feeling and able to really get dialed in for more precise pistol shooting and I picked up the SAO P220 on the far left with adjustable rear sight.

All three of these guns are great fun and eat a steady diet of warm hand loads. Each gun manages the recoil well though the KRISS will tap your cheek. Hence the pad.

I’ve been wanting to get them into this case for awhile but cutting foam is careful work.

I’m still debating putting two 32 round stick mags for the KRISS in the upper corner, or if I want to add an adjustable scope on a QD mount to see how far I can reach out and touch something.

Just thought I’d share a little gun happiness today.

Do you have any cased combos you enjoy? Maybe a lever action and a SA revolver? Hunting combo?

The 10mm cartridge is very versatile. That is not the same purpose I use mine for, but it works for a lot of things. It is not the one I shoot the most, but might just be my favorite. Both of mine are Glocks, a G20 I've had for years and a more recently purchased G29. The G29 has become my outdoors/hiking/camping gun. With the 10 round magazine and milder loads is well suited for CC and human threats, and with 15 round magazines loaded with heavy hardcast bullets and an attached weapon light I sleep well in bear country.

I like that 32 round magazine. How reliable is it? I don't have a 10mm, but that carbine is a nice platform

Honestly I haven’t been able to try those magazines yet. I’ll update here when I do though.

I picture more of a saddle bag for that combo than a case.

Of course then you need a horse, and they are more expensive to feed than guns, so maybe don't do that.

I just got a Marlin 1894 in 357, so I need to get a SA and a DA revolver in 357 as companions.

I still need to get a Beretta 92 to go with my Storm as well.

This is totally off topic, but I wish SA would chamber the XDs for 38 super. It's already sized right to accommodate 45 acp. 38 super would be easy to throw in it. That would be a pocket rocket.

If KRISS can do it with the 10mm a 38 Super is certainly doable.

Unfortunately I doubt the market would support it.
