Hey all, saw a couple of threads regarding the CW380, and did see the thread with the slide lock back issue.'
I was all set to buy a CM9, wife had other ideas and got a CW380 for herself..lol
Fired 101 rounds through it today with one malfunction. Not sure if I limp wristed or if was just a matter of being in the 200 round break in period recommended by Kahr.
That was the only time my enjoyment of shooting the CW380 had to pause for a moment as it is a great shooter!
Very soft recoil, very similar to our P238s we sold off but the trigger on the CW is just better for carry (for us) and after shooting the shops demo PM9 which has thousands of rounds through it, we all thought the 380 had best trigger... somehow slightly smoother than the P9 and PM9 rental guns they have.
I looked over my CW to see if it has the same abnormality as the other users, and it does not.
My CW probably had its slide racked a hundred times before I bought it as it was the last one they had..lol
Long story short, hold out and get the Kahr before the LCP (IMO). Just a great little summer pocket gun!
